We try our best to authentic information shared and claims made by or on behalf of NGOs but there could be discrepancies in the shared information. Therefore, we recommend site users to confirm information authenticity and ensure personal safety while interacting with NGO representatives offline and online.

The information shared on the website is either provided by the NGOs themselves, our volunteers, or site users

NGOs listed on Helplocal retain the right to request removal of their information from our platform. It will take 3-10 days to remove or change any information on our website. However, proof of ownership is crucial.
NGOs listed by our community or volunteers cannot be removed. They can only be claimed
All intellectual property on the website and the material or information it contains including without limitation copyright, designs, database rights and trademarks (registered or unregistered) are and shall remain the property of Helplocal.
Any communication or material that you transmit to, or post on, any public area of the website including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary information. Helplocal reserves the right to remove any such communication or material from the website at its own discretion
