Silver Inning Foundation is part of Silver Innings Group,  a dedicated organization working since 2008 with senior citizens and their family members to create an elder and dementia-friendly world where aging is a positive and rewarding experience.

Silver Innings is a Social Enterprise that was formed to provide need-based services to the elderly with the launch of the dedicated and comprehensive website for Senior Citizens on 10th April 2008 under the leadership of Sailesh Mishra. Silver Inning Foundation was born to address the micro and macro-level issues of the elderly to create an elder-friendly world.

Founder's vision & message


Silver Inning Foundation, founded by Sailesh Mishra, is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to serving senior citizens by offering them a supportive environment and advocating for their rights. The foundation's vision is to create and implement holistic services and programs that address the needs of the elderly and provide them with the dignity and respect they deserve.

 Vision: This Maharashtra-based NGO is driven by the vision to create such programs that are focused on creating and implementing services and programs that are holistic and address the need to acknowledge the much-needed supportive environment that the elderly deserve. The NGO looks at reintegrating the elderly into mainstream society and allowing them to live with dignity.

Mission: Silver Inning Foundation is an NGO that is focused on helping senior citizens by providing them medical care, safe home and much.

Following are some goals of Silver Inning Foundation:

To advocate and create awareness of the rights of the elderly and issues at the micro and macro level.

To address the basic needs of the elderly (aged 50+) and their family members.

To provide and create innovative programs and services for the elderly that enable them to reintegrate into the mainstream of society with dignity.

Silver Inning Foundation was Accredited as an NGO for the Open-Ended Working Group on Ageing (OEWGA) at the UN United Nations Programme on Ageing, New York the Open-Ended Working Group on Ageing since 2011.

Silver Inning Foundation (SIF) an NGO (Not For Profit) was formed on 14th July 2008 to work with Senior Citizens (50+) and their family members. SIF is registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 and The Bombay Public Trusts Act 1950.
