Shvan means dog, which is considered as a human’s best friend Shvan Development Foundation was formed to set up an animal care center that especially looks after stray dogs and also to people who cannot afford expensive treatment of their dogs. To implement the concept of providing services in a well-recognized process for the help of needy stray animals, especially stray dogs, the team decided to register the Non-Profit Organization as a Non-Profit Company. On 2 February 2017, Shvan Development Foundation was registered as a non-profit company to give legal recognition to our actions.
