Manoj Kumar, founder and CEO of Naandi Foundation, has led the NGO from Hyderabad, Telangana, with the vision of creating sustainable solutions that help communities overcome poverty through education, livelihoods, and environmental conservation. The charity has developed a robust network of over 10,000 community workers and volunteers supporting projects in multiple Indian states under Manoj Kumar.

Naandi Foundation, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, follows a mission to improve lives through girls' education, regenerative agriculture, youth skilling, women’s empowerment, nutrition, and safe drinking water.
