Karuna Trust is one of the oldest non-profit organizations in Karnataka working for the upliftment of tribal communities. Since its inception back in 1986, the NGO has been providing health services to thousands of people in the remote and inaccessible areas of the Karnataka region. Apart from providing primary healthcare to marginal people, the  NGO is also focused on providing education, sustainable livelihoods, and advocacy to the people. 

In collaboration with the Government of Karnataka at the Gumballi PHC in Chamarajanagar district, the NGO has conducted education awareness drives to uplift the livelihood of the tribal communities.  Education and medical support are two worth mentioning areas where Karuna Trust is gaining more and more achievements. Through voluntary support and donations, the charitable institution has been able to aid thousands of individuals.
