Education and social empowerment is what developing countries desperately need. Deepstambh, the Pune-based NGO for social upliftment through education, clothing and food service came into existence in 2008. The 22 years old nonprofit organization was led on the foundation of the thought ‘cooperation over complaints’. With over 2000 volunteers, 750 projects, 185 associations and 125 plus social issues covered, this NGO is an example in itself for the new ones.

Deepastambha Charitable Trust, the Pune based NGO drives include 2 hours per week initiative where every volunteer contributes to social service every week, including cleanliness, education, blood donation camps and much more. The nonprofit organization has also collaborated with 50 plus corporates to function at its fullest.
