With his leadership, CHINAR Kashmir evolved into a highly respected NGO, focusing on orphan-care, education, women's empowerment programs, skill-development programs, and disaster relief and housing support.

CHINAR Kashmir operates from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, and over the years, the NGO, along with its volunteers, has managed large-scale projects, including establishing the CHINAR home for orphans, Remote Child Sponsorship, vocational-training (SEED), and disaster relief & rehabilition.
