Adhik Kadam, the founder of Borderless World Foundation (BWF), Pune, Maharashtra, built this NGO with a belief that charity begins with compassion for those affected by conflict. Adhik Kadam’s vision is to build a peaceful and humane society, and through his leadership the nonprofit has expanded to include more than 200 volunteers in Kashmir through its Jammu & Kashmir branch. His commitment enabled Borderless World Foundation (BWF), Pune, Maharashtra, to launch groundbreaking projects such as Rah-e-Niswan, Basera-e-Tabassum, and the Kashmir Life Line ambulance service, implemented by the Jammu & Kashmir branch.

Over the years, this NGO has received support from global donors, hospitals, and social groups, and has worked with government departments, including local Child Welfare Committees and district administrations, to run its key projects in Jammu & Kashmir.
