Tanisha Bakshi is a young social activist who shares a strong interest in human and animal welfare. She wanted to serve the thousands of unprivileged children who do not have access to food and education. The same led her to start a nonprofit organization named “Annsagar Foundation”. During the unexpected and unprecedented events of Covid -19 pandemic, Annsagar team has worked hard to deliver food among those in need in the slums of Gurgaon (Choma, Bajghera, Sarai gaon, G, H & E block daily labors, Sector 21, Sankar vihar, Krishna chowk, Bijwasan, Carterpuri, sector 23, Choma Fatak, Ashok Vihar, Railway Station Area, Bijwasan).

Annsagar foundation during the pandemic has successfully distributed 2500+ food boxes twice per day among the needy by adhering to all safety and hygiene measures. With voluntary support and charity, the organization can reach the sectors where still there’s a need for helping hands.
