AMTM- Animals Matters to Me was brought to life in 2010 in West Mumbai, Maharashtra. The animal rescue and rehabilitation NGO runs an animal hospital as well as a sanctuary in the state. Animal deserve the best and with this belief, AMTM shelters and takes care of abandoned and stray animals. The non-profit organization has supported over 10000 stray animals during the last decade. With the help of supporting volunteers and generous donors, the NGO is functioning fine.

In addition to volunteer programs, AMTM also organises adoption camps. They firmly believe that if the strays are adopted and properly taken care for, this world will sooner become a better place for the poor, speechless creatures. Animal Matters to Me is against animal trafficking and negligence or violence towards animals. Come forward and join their adoption, sterilisation , medication and shelter campaigns to support the Mumbai-based NGO.

Founder's vision & message

AMTM India is a joint collaboration of scholars, animal lovers and people who really care for life. With a mission to grant liveable conditions to stray animals, the NGO was established in the year 2010. The founders at Animals Matters to Me are core animal lovers who are always prepared to go one step ahead to support the speechless creation of God. Within the last decade the founders of AMTM have been successfully running an animal hospital as well as a local animal sanctuary.

Rehabilitation programs run by the NGO for animal rescues are remarkable and every year thousands of mistreated, abandoned and stray animals found shelter in the caring environment at the NGO premises. The team at AMTM NGO invites like-minded and caring people to join the NGO through donations and active voluntary work. Together we all can create a better world for the animals.
