Founder's vision & message

Ritika Sharma, the Founder of Aaroha, leads this NGO with a vision to ensure that no underprivileged child in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, lacks an education or other necessary support. Through her efforts, Ritika Sharma has made Aaroha, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, one of the leading charities comprising over 400 active volunteers with a particular focus on education, healthcare and nutrition resources as well as community development for children at risk.

The NGO under her leadership has successfully rolled out several key projects, including Project Pathshala for school admissions, Project Akshar for foundational learning, Project Aahar for nutritional support, and Project Anand for recreational and educational enrichment. As well, Aaroha partners with local educational organisations, communities and supporters to spread the reach as well as quality of its programmes

The Founder’s Mission is to empower the underprivileged children by holistically developing them, whereas the Vision focuses on establishing equal opportunities for all children.
