Aaina Foundation , New Delhi

A youth-led organization, Aaina Foundation is a Delhi-based NGO for the unprivileged. Born in August 2017, this nonprofit organization was started with an aim to provide education and food to the unprivileged children of Delhi and adjoining regions. Eradicating malnutrition, education gaps, and community upliftment are the main agendas of this NGO.


From conducting tree plantation drives in the Shakurbasti region of Delhi to food distribution drives in the Punjabi Bagh of Delhi, this NGO has worked efficiently for the betterment of society. Aaina Foundation, the self-led group of people who care for the unprivileged came together for a common cause of eliminating malnutrition from Delhi. With its active volunteers and charity support from donors, Aaina Foundation is spreading its wings each day.

Founder's vision & message

The founder of this Delhi-based NGO wanted to make Delhi a better place for the unprivileged children. Under a recent project Aashayein, this NGO is educating the unprivileged by building libraries. The project was started in early 2021 and has collected 3000+ books to set up libraries in the slums of Malviya Nagar and Ambedkar Nagar. With a future aim of building libraries in the upcoming months in the slums of Noida, Greater Noida, Vasant Kunj, Badarpur, Laxmi Nagar, Pitampura, and Shakur Basti, the Aaina Foundation is working hard day and night. 


Within a span of fewer than 4 years Aaina Foundation, the non-profit organization has brightened the future of hundreds of students through education and has fed thousands of unprivileged people across Delhi. This is the major reason behind Delhi’s non-profitable organization being one of the most known NGOs of the Delhi region.
